I love it when people expose blair for the weak minded charlatan he really is, when he can't rely on an autocue and his ersatz gravitas delivery masquerading as political skill, he comes across about as masterful as, well me frankly.

I couldn't have put it better myself, which is probably why I haven't, and someone else has.
From my own micro experience, awhole host of decent workers, some solid analysis and a decent budget can all be woefully misused by a bad project manager (or worse still no project manager, just someone who thinks he is).
Isn't it lucky we have so many competent people waiting in the wings to help turn around Blairs misguided actions.
